The Brief
To coincide with a brand refresh, Perry Bishop approached us to write, design and build a new website to reflect the fresh new look and to encapsulate the strong values that set them apart from other agents.
Supporting their clients every step of the way and doing whatever it takes to make a house move as enjoyable and stress-free as possible is part of the make-up at Perry Bishop. Making the website as user friendly, resourceful, contemporary and convenient as possible was key. The site also needed to showcase the wide range of divisions as well as areas and branches of the extensive Perry Bishop network.
Our Approach
To reflect Perry Bishop’s ‘people first’ philosophy, we needed to bring out the new strapline ‘Property Made Personal’ in a stylish and compelling way throughout the website. We needed the copy and imagery to reflect the emotive, friendly and personable approach of the business.
Perry Bishop also wanted a website that was rich in information, easy to navigate and convenient for visitors. We built a site that gives visitors a convenient and useful experience at whatever stage of the property journey they are.
We focused on exceptional UX and outstanding design using the stunning new branding but never lost sight of optimising the positions and design of forms and key lead generating CTAs. This ensures that the website generates business, drives enquiries and delivers a strong ROI.
We implemented hyper local information on each property listing to help buyers, including interactive maps showing local schools, amenities, transport links and broadband speed. The resource-rich website includes downloadable guides to help sellers, buyers and landlords as well as tools such as mortgage and stamp-duty calculators.

A stunning, high converting website that is easy to use for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants, property developers, land enquiries, new homes developments, property auctions and professional services.
