Brief

Propfix was launching as a new name in property maintenance and needed a brand that was built to grow. They came to us as a full-service branding and website agency to help lay the groundwork for success—from choosing a standout name with domain availability, to designing a visual identity and building a vibrant, easy-to-use website. The brand had to feel bold, trustworthy and accessible, appealing to both homeowners and landlords, and built with the scale and confidence of a future national brand.

Challenges

As a startup, Propfix needed the full branding treatment. The challenge was to create something memorable and relevant that would feel at home in a competitive market. The website also had to convey a wide scope of services without overwhelming users, while the tone needed to stay warm, helpful, and professional. Naming, domain research, visual identity, words and web content—all had to work together seamlessly.

 Our Approach

As a branding agency with experience in helping start-ups with naming, we collaborated with our client and guided them through a creative and strategic naming process. The result was Propfix—simple, sharp, and instantly clear. We designed a visual identity centred around a vibrant, playful logomark that reflects different parts of a home being fixed—creating something distinctive, flexible and built for scale.

The website, crafted by our web design team in Manchester, balances bright visuals with clear calls to action, making it easy for customers to explore services or make a booking. Our copywriting team created all site content, using a tone that’s accessible, trustworthy, and aligned with the brand’s 'one team, one solution' ethos.
