The brief

Creative Director of 22 Group, Robin Arnold has been the Brand Guardian of Manchester Digital for over 8 years. When designing the initial branding, it was vital to create something contemporary due to the fast-paced nature of the digital world. The brand needed to evolve at the pace of the industry.


The solution

The branding and logo are timeless and look as contemporary now as they did when they were designed eight years ago. The initial branding was inspired by web code and HTML elements, which is present in its typographic style. This memorable style can be applied to whichever message is required; from an invite to a conference or merchandise. When the colour palette of oranges, sea green and blue are used in combination with the inspired typography, Manchester Digital‘s collateral and brand are easily recognisable.
