With only two website pages dedicated to internal recruitment, Amoria Bond had been struggling with promoting the amazing benefits of a career at Amoria. To drive forward the internal recruitment agenda they realised that they needed a separate website focusing specifically on this area. As a unique employer with great benefits and packages, the site needed to reflect the Amoria lifestyle and values, differentiating from their business site and connecting with the Gen Y target audience.
We created a mobile responsive website with key features including, a flexible content management system, job search functionality, application forms and user accounts with profile data. One unique element we developed is the ‘Lifestyle Calculator’ which enables potential recruits to calculate the amount they would need to earn in order to achieve the lifestyle that they wanted. The multiple category blog and vision board are designed to help new staff with their growth and progression at Amoria Bond as well as helping with the site serving as a portal and personal development platform for all internal recruits.
