The background
We were delighted to be invited by Peter Knight, a highly regarded figure in the property sector, to lead a full rebrand and website project for his established business, The Property Academy. Known for its authority, insight and results, the brand had reached a natural point of evolution — one that needed to reflect wider ambition, growing influence and a future that extended beyond property alone.
The brief
To deliver a bold, credible brand and digital presence that conveyed leadership and momentum, while staying true to the trusted community built on experience and performance. The new identity had to be clear, confident and capable of scaling across multiple sectors without losing its sense of purpose.
The Challenge
Navigating a sensitive transition from a long-standing and well-recognised name, while retaining trust and recognition. Creating a brand that felt authoritative yet accessible, flexible enough for multi-industry use but distinctive in its own right. The website also needed to clearly explain the membership model, events and training, while appealing to a broader audience.
Our Approach
We created Leaders.Inc from the ground up, developing the name, visual language and brand system in tandem. Typography, colour and iconography were carefully considered to produce a modern, scalable identity. The website was designed to communicate clarity, credibility and ambition, supporting growth into new markets.
The results
A confident new brand and digital platform, launched to strong acclaim at the reputable property conference EA Masters in London in November 2025. Leaders.Inc now has a polished, authoritative presence designed to grow far beyond property. The most powerful feedback came directly from the Leaders.Inc team, who told us they loved the new brand and received a wealth of positive responses throughout the conference.
