Background
Meyers Estates are specialists in selling and letting properties. Incorporating tradition with a bespoke modern approach, they have created and found innovative solutions to help property owners sell fast and with more affordable costs.
Our main objectives for this project were to create a strongly branded visual identity and witty website design. It was important that we created uncluttered, clean imagery that integrated the fresh new look Meyers wanted with their traditional values.
We have worked with Zedra for some time now, however, the time come to give the brand a refresh. The core Zedra visual identity was strong. The logo in particular, did not require changing, but the brand needed re-energising and refreshing to tie in with the exciting new service offering.
Updated colour palette
We chose a colour palette that included navy and warm orange-yellow tones. We wanted a palette that reflected the professional side of Meyers, but also their fun, fresh and modern personality.
Bespoke illustrations
The unique animal illustrations that we created for Meyers reflected their four cornerstone values. The illustrations were designed to look striking and distinctive to differentiate Meyers in such a competitive market.
Franchisee website design
The franchisee website designs we devised is clean, uncluttered and striking. We incorporated the new colour palette, and the bespoke animal illustrations for a unique look, full of personality.
Animated illustrations
We animated the illustrated animals to add another point of interest to the Meyers’ brand. The animations really breathe life into the brand - they’re fun, whimsical and definitely one of a kind.
